Site hacked? Call (530) 683-5463

Website hacked? We'll clean it up and lock it down.

If your website is redirecting to spam, showing warnings, or has been taken offline by your host, contact us now. The sooner we start, the less damage is done.

Signs your website has been hacked

If you’re seeing any of these, treat it as urgent.

Redirects to spam sites

Visitors land on gambling, pharmacy, or scam pages instead of yours.

A Google warning

Search results show "This site may be hacked" next to your business.

Your host suspended you

Hosts often take infected sites offline to protect their other customers.

Admin users you didn't create

Attackers add hidden accounts so they can get back in later.

Strange pages in search results

Spam pages in foreign languages or for products you don't sell.

Browser security warnings

Chrome or Safari warns visitors before they reach your site.

How we clean it up

  1. Preserve

We back up the site as it is now, so nothing is lost and we can trace what happened.

  2. Remove

We find and remove malware, backdoors, injected code, and spam pages.

  3. Close the door

We find how the attackers got in and fix it, so they can't walk back in.

  4. Reset

We reset passwords and security keys and remove unauthorized accounts.

  5. Recover

We help request removal from Google and other blocklists, then keep watching.

Cleaning the malware is only half the job

A hacked site is not truly recovered if the attacker can simply return tomorrow.

After removing malicious files and code, we look for the reason the compromise happened in the first place. That may include an outdated plugin, stolen credentials, an unauthorized administrator, insecure permissions, abandoned software, or another exposed entry point.

Once the immediate problem is removed, we harden the site and help reduce the chances of the same attack happening again.

Cleanup pricing

A one-time cleanup starts at $349 per site. Cleanups are also included in our Protected plan (one per year) and Complete plan (8 per year), so the best time to join a plan is before you need one.

What the $349 cleanup includes

Standard WordPress malware cleanup includes:

  • Initial malware and compromise assessment
  • Removal of identified malicious files and injected code
  • WordPress core integrity check
  • Review of active plugins and themes for known vulnerabilities
  • Database malware review
  • Removal of unauthorized WordPress administrator accounts
  • WordPress security keys and salts reset
  • Password reset recommendations
  • Updates to supported WordPress core, plugins, and themes where appropriate
  • Basic post-cleanup hardening
  • Final malware scan and functional review
  • A summary of what we found and what was done
